Creative CBT-informed Writing Workshops

Engage in creative and informative group workshops that utilise self-expression to improve wellbeing. Our CBT informed sessions offer a non-traditional approach to unlearning, adapting, and transforming mental health difficulties. Explore poetry techniques to self-express, finding a unique writing style to flow, affirm, and contact profound relief and contentment.

Mindfulness, wellbeing Spiritual & holistic health

Finding inner contentment to flow, release, renew and relearn how to be, feel, love and witness a new state of being at one with your inner-child & inner world to experience renewal within despite of the past. Identify self-serving propositions engineered to improve, redirect, and restore self for a balanced, active, long-term sustainable and holistic regime.

One-to-One sessions 

Offering one to one's - I am happy to work with you as a Qualified Practitioner; accrediting body 'BPS'. I am CBT & Trauma informed.

Who we support

We aim to support care leavers, inmates, marginalised communities, exposed to subjugation & discrimination e.g. Global majority, young people in social services/fostercare. Our services provide sanctuaries for the abused & neglected to improve eating lifestyle, sustainable living, and to no longer feel demotivated, misunderstood, whilst lacking momentum, consistency and hope to self-sustain.

Creative CBT informed sessions

These sessions deliver therapeutic interventions for group based workshops in a creative informative way through self-expression to improve wellbeing. We explore Psycho-educative life areas & assess practical healing steps, methodical exercises & written tasks to aid recovery & healing to incorporate effective structures for a better life balance in a reflective way.

Common topics...

Our sessions address the effects and symptoms of mental & emotional health difficulties, when experiencing e.g. anxiety, low mood, dysregulated emotions, fear, worry, insecurities, misaligned values and insufficient problem-solving skills.
